an understanding of my responsibility for the safety and behavior of my
boat, myself, crew, passengers, and anglers at all times; hence, known
as TEAM. In addition, any improper behavior could result in disqualification
of TEAM, and we agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Tournament.
I will be provided a copy of all TOURNAMENT
RULES AND PROCEDURES and my TEAM accepts full responsibility of understanding
and adhering to all TOURNAMENT RULES AND
PROCEDURES. TEAM agrees to discharge, release, and hold harmless:
The Exchange Club of Sebastian, Florida, members, volunteers, and committee
members of any and all liabilities relative to TEAM'S participation before,
during and after this Tournament; including travel to and from the Tournament
and Events. This waiver's discharge and release is inclusive of any claims
based on negligence, action of, "no action", and torts of any kind for
the above mentioned parties.
If the tournament is weathered out, at the
discretion of the BWO directors, a reschedule date of Saturday June 11, 2011 will be implemented. |
